2. General provisions

  1. This regulation defines the rules for concluding distance sales contracts via the Store.
  2. The regulations are available on the Store's website in a way that allows downloading, saving, and reproducing them.
  3. Acceptance of the regulations is a condition for placing an order.

3. Definitions

  • Consumer – a natural person making a purchase not directly related to business or professional activity.
  • Privileged entrepreneur – a natural person conducting business activity whose contract is not of a professional nature.
  • Privileged buyer – Consumer or Privileged entrepreneur.
  • Store – the online store Magdatom-Car operated at https://magdatom-car.eu

5. Prices and payments

  1. Prices shown in the Store are gross prices and expressed in Polish zloty (PLN).
  2. Delivery cost is added to the product price, visible before placing the order.
  3. Available payment methods include: bank transfer, online payments, card payment, PayPal, cash on delivery (if available).
  4. Online payments are handled by external payment operators.

6. Information about the condition of offered products

  1. The Store offers both new and used car parts.
  2. Each product clearly indicates its condition:
    • “new” – factory new, unused product,
    • “used” – previously used product.
  3. For used parts, the Seller indicates their technical condition and possible signs of use, presented in the description and – if possible – in photos.
  4. The Buyer acknowledges that used parts may have natural signs resulting from previous use.

7. Conclusion of the contract

  1. Placing an order by the Buyer constitutes an offer to conclude a sales contract.
  2. The contract is concluded upon confirmation of order acceptance by the Seller.

8. Delivery and order processing time

  1. All products available in the Store are in the Seller’s warehouse.
  2. Order processing begins after payment is credited or order confirmation in case of cash on delivery.
  3. The maximum order processing time is 3 business days.
  4. Delivery is carried out via selected carriers worldwide.
  5. Delivery time depends on the carrier and the destination country.

9. Right of withdrawal from the contract

  1. The privileged buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
  2. The period is counted from the day of receiving the product.
  3. Refund of payment is made within 14 days from receiving the withdrawal statement.
  4. The Seller may withhold the refund until the returned product is received.

10. Complaints

  1. The Seller is responsible for the conformity of the goods with the contract according to the law.
  2. Complaints should be sent to the email address: sklep@magdatom-car.eu or by traditional mail.
  3. The Seller will respond to complaints within 14 days.

11. Final provisions

  1. In matters not regulated by these regulations, Estonian law and European Union law apply, especially regarding consumer protection.
  2. The regulations are effective from the date of publication on the Store’s website.
